Therapy for adults navigating life transitions, relationship patterns, and the quiet work of learning to be on your own side.
Affirming care for everyone, including LGBTQ+ and trans individuals.
Rewrite your story. Reclaim yourself.
Working with adults ready to explore healing and self-discovery. This is a judgment-free space where you can reconnect with who you truly are. I believe you are already whole and already capable of the change you seek.
I approach every session with the conviction that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will explore your inner world, uncover your existing strengths, and build the emotional resilience that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work is deeply personal and tailored to you. Drawing on a client-centered, solution-focused approach, I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you at your own pace. Beyond strategies and skills, I offer genuine encouragement and steady support as you work toward the life and peace you deserve.
Something is shifting. Maybe it has been for a while.
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Sometimes it's subtler than that. A relationship that keeps playing out the same way. A transition that's left you unsure who you are on the other side of it. A voice in your head that's a lot harder on you than you'd ever be on someone else.
Revision Therapy is for adults who are ready to look at those patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, and start writing a different story.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
• You're going through a big change (a move, a breakup, a career shift, a loss) and you're not sure who you are in this new chapter.
• You find it hard to ask for what you need in relationships, or you give too much and wonder why it never feels like enough.
• You struggle to trust yourself: your decisions, your worth, your right to take up space.
• You're LGBTQ+ or trans and want a therapist who gets it without needing an explanation.
Therapy that meets you where you actually are.
A lot of people put off therapy because they feel like they're "not bad enough" to need it. At Revision Therapy, that's exactly the kind of thinking we work against. You don't need to hit a wall to deserve support. In fact, doing this work before a crisis is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.
This is a place for the in-between. The transitions. The "I'm fine, but…" moments. The relationships you keep trying to get right. The self-worth you've been meaning to work on for years.
I bring together psychodynamic, somatic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. In practice: we look at where your patterns come from, we pay attention to what your body is telling you, and we build real skills for the day-to-day. Sessions are collaborative and exploratory. You set the pace.
How we work together
Revision isn't about erasing what came before. It's about looking at what you've written so far: the patterns, the stories, the ways you've learned to move through the world. Does this still fit? What would I change if I could? Revision is an act of authorship. That's what we do in here. Re-vision the way therapy is “supposed” to work.
Rewrite your story. Reclaim yourself.
Take the first step. It's smaller than you think.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk about what's going on, answer your questions, and get a sense of whether we're a good fit. No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.
